Hi,

this is a second preview of the upcoming edge cut tool DeepCutLiner.

There are two new features:

Backtracking - you can delete points backward.
PostMove - you can align all points AT ANY TIME via a slider to get your perfect cut!

Now other modellers will have to have a look at cinema 4D! :thumbsup:

nah, just kiddin, this rocks definately way better than any built in cutting tools :thumbsup:

Hi,

release date is not set yet (but pretty soon). A price isnīt set yet either but I donīt want to make it too expensive. (prepare for something between 30 - 40, I guess thatīs pretty fair)

Samir this is the best plugin for C4D !! it's very similar to Max's cutter plugin and also kind of like add-edges plugin used in LW... This is actually what I always wanted C4D to have and thought it would be implemented in release 8... wow, looks like my decision between LW and C4D purchase is leaning a bit more towards C4D at this time :)

I was also wondering, what software you use to actually write the plugin ? and what programming languages do you need to know to write stuff for C4D ? thanks !!

Microsoft Visual C++ and writing the plugins in C++ :)
