She is a lady that watches over the magical forest and its inhabitans. She is rarely seen, and basically never shows up to humans. Only if you are very lucky you can see her in the forest.

Hi! Nice work and interesting character design :)
I just think that her breast may be bit too low, and her torso bit too long. If I sit like that, my knees are almost the shoulder high.
The bg is pretty too ^^
