First post around here so i'm not too sure on the proper etiquette lol.

I'm a highschool art student so i'm really interested in the artworks
and the opinions of the artists here. :)

Well, i picked up photoshop a few years back and i needed to use it
again so i whiped this up a few months ago ,but i never got to finish
the background.

thats nice pic.wings look wrong.like they are expanding toward us.like that he would have to fly backwards.anyways..good

I think the wings look fine. I even tried to see them as wrong and couldn't. Maybe it's just me.

Pretty sweet overall... the green however, makes the badass aspect come down.. maybe less green, or a different shade.

When you're talking about the green do you mean on the sword , the ghosts, the background, or all of it? I thought the wings might look cool if i inverted them instead of having them at a normal position.

I imporved on some hilights and sketched out a back ground. What do you think?

the eyes don't seem to match the image. Give a slight glow to them and give them more shape. Right now it looks like someone painted them on in MS Paint using the basic colors. The perspective looks odd on the right arm. Maybe you could try lessening it. I'm not really sure why the right wing has such a strong highlight on the left side, it doesn't seem to fit. The blood dripping is too long and stringy. If i cover up the head and look at the horns, i would imagine the face were pointed at us. So the horns and face are pointed different directions. The left wing looks alot bigger. The blood looks a little to red or not stylized enough.
