I am still very new to digital painting having gotten into it less than a year ago.
I've been doing alot of short sketches (30 mins to 1 hr), and haven't posted many of them, but this is one of the first where I feel that I am starting to capture the subject-matter well. This one took around 45 mins, with an old season 1 photo reference.

Let me know what you think / how I can improve.

Is looking really good so far! I like the skin a lot, you should keep painting it to see wheres it going. the only thing I can see thats a bit weird are his lips in the shaded area, i think that side is too bright, but yes I think it would be great if you finished it!
