CGTalk - watercolor : girl

actually i use acrylics, but the technique is kinda watercolorish (the face & backgrounds), coz i couldnt afford watercolor paints ( so expensive ), so i use acrylics and i mix the color myself ( i only have primary colors, black, and white: i'm poor )
anyway, i really need feedback, esp on the backgrounds and face and... actually everything. so please C&C.

thats pretty good, if u can't afford paint why don't u try to do digital painting? IT will cost you a pretty penny to get started (tablet which comes with painter 7), but in the long run i suspect it would be cheaper.

thank you for your kind reply. i was thinking about using tablet also, but right now i think i want to concentrate on traditional painting first, because i still have a long way to go to improving my watercolor technique. if i think i've reached "that" point, then i'll try the tablets.

well In all honestly I am not sure if the backround looks watercolour, but it most definatly looks very nice, and i just love the look you do get.
