This guys name is Boris, Chairman of Dead Rats. He's part of a project I am working on about Russian Folklore, that takes place at the dawn of Soviet Russia. I would like some suggestions how to make him look creepier, believable, but still stylized.

This is a link to bigger versions of these two images I'm posting, as cgtalk has that 10k limit thing.

looks pretty good, although a change in the skin color would help it alot. The head seems like it could use some more poly's, its a bit jaggedy. cool character tho

Thanks for the reply Jason,

Yeah, his face needs a bit more smoothing, I agree. I'm waiting until I do my blendshapes before applying another level of smoothing. As far as the texture goes, alas, I'm not much of a texture artist. I may have to get someone else to help me in that area. I'm all about the animation.

Thanks for the opinion though. Such a quiet thread, for so many people on this forum.
