After the musical video clip "I lived on the Moon" for the Kwoon' s music,
Yanim studio is proud to show the new reel 2007 of Yannick PUIG.

Yanim studio is a dynamic cooperative of artists in Spain (in Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona) France, and England, specialised in ,3D 2D, and traditional animation and design.

These shorts like I lived on th Moon illustrate how we can achieved a project video since the Concept/Design to the final render.

The music of the reel is "Grey Day" single from Zoot Woman album.

I'll highight on someting I watched before "I lived on the moon"; it is totally great and I recommend every one to see it .

I have noticed the style in your design...it is so unique

Great stuff Yannick!

One thing though - the player scales itself in the window, so by default it's huuugely scaled up on my monitor.

Looking forward to you getting, creating & posting more work because of this :D

Hi Yannick!
I really like your reel, but after visiting your website and seen the musical video clip "I lived in the moon" I have to say I love your work and I'm a fan of your very artistical style. Is very dificult to find this kind of clips where the 3d, the thecnichal stuff gets pushed back, and your brain gets absorved by just travelling in a new different beautifull world. Thanks for that! :thumbsup:

I really enjoyed. You are an inspiration for all of us. Keep up the good work please, and make more clips like this one, please.

You reel is very good too.
I like especially the animation of the Jack Sparrow. It's totally the personality of the character. And more, your 2D is very impressive.

Thanks Yannick! My lead animator recorded me with a camera acting (or trying to act...) like Jack Sparrow, and then I did the anim using it like reference. Is a cool and funny character to animate.
Thaks for the 2d. I wish I had more time to draw, but I need to focus in animation from now!:)

...please keep doing nice stuff for us! :thumbsup:
