Hello,
i'm in rush of a short animation and i need a tip about making objects look like plastic-wrapped or look like stretch film used to wrap food or something like that. it'll be animated but only a cylindrical wrap movement.

anybody got an idea? or got a metarial?

THANKS A LOT for answering. :)

play around w/ the multi layer mat. and i'm sure you'll be able to come up w/ something that looks nice

Have you tried the plastic raytraced material ?

All the folds and wrinkles should look pretty cool if you use something to reflect on it, like a hdri map.
It'll be more the reflection (and it's detail) and the refraction through the plastic that'll make it realistic.

don't forget a falloff map for your reflection.
multilayer shader as mentioned is a good idea...
