Title: Alien Abacus
Name: Dominic Hilton
Country: United Kingdom
Software: Photoshop
A snazzy little filter in photoshop is called 'polar cordinates'. if you take a very hi-rez close up photo of a piece of tech (phone/camera etc), and apply polar cordinates it will mirror the image in a twisted way, this creates a mirrored fractal image of sorts, but every now & then you get a recognisable shape, i was lucky to create an alien face with this one - it originated from a hirez shot of a screen from a digital camera - but it still took about 30 or 40 attempts to get this right. the hand and abacus i added later - with cloaning, when you got one ball you got lots of balls:)
