I'm is a shrimp, living in blue water of the art's. I want to find my position in the blue water. But, ocean of the art is length and breadth of land,and when I can find it ? unknown. I will exert myself no other than .

Your shrimp is pleasing to the eye, but the surrounding waters have no depth, and convey no distance. The small fairies are as if you attached pale lines to the canvas with invisible nails. They have no form to the outline of their shape.

Water is like air - the eye can see for some distance past the main subject before it.
You have made the depth or visual distances of the jellyfish within their canopy very believable. You need to do this with your background.

The blurry shapes at the bottom do not look like seaweed. They only look like giant blurry shapes.
Perhaps you can find reference photos made underwater, and study them to paint more depth to your water.
