I LOVE IT. Its so perfectly busy. This town has so much character, it hurts my head. You don't even have to texture it or add people, I can already see it in my head.

i really like the untextured look

yes, it will look great with textures but from a modeling perpective the untextured look really compliments your modeling ability.

If you do decide to texture your scene then you will have a before and after shots making it more attractive to your viewer.

However from a Modelers perspective what you have done is perfect.
