Man that's totally wicked. My style of layout somewhat (or what it would be if I knew how to do it).
What did you use? How long did it take you to learn how to do this?

Iīm working in maya and then converting my
animations to shockwave/flash. and then I
qontinue working in flash with the frames, making
buttons and actions to make it interact.

whatīs your experience working with 3d in flash ? a say using 3d coordinates to create fake perspective on 2d matrix ? using linear algebra and complex math.
have you any work on this way ?

I don't really work that way. I build my modells and animate
them in a 3d software. then I export the sekvenses to
swf. and then I work with the frames in flash. making
everything I want.
I have no experiense of what you were talking about.

Did you use Swift3D ? Or any other program to convert your animations from Maya to 2D vector graphics ?

no I converted it directley from maya with the swiffworks
plugin.
