Robot Hookers on the Sunset Strip was the original concept idea for this peice. I lived in Hollywood for 10 years and it was quite common to see 'working girls' on Sunset Blvd. What would the future of the oldest proffession look like?

My original loose sketch was based on a photo montage. This is my final working drawing before I start 'painting' in photoshop. I needed to give my robots some detail to better define their character roles a bit more. Originally I wanted to use the robots from Futurama, but I decided to go with my own original designs. There are a couple of characters in the second car people might recognize.
