View Full Version : How to play loop an avi movie in a composition for a few times?

Hi,

I am new to AE.

I imported an avi movie to a composition with 12 seconds. The avi movie has only 3 seconds. I wish the avi movie to play loop 4 times through the whole composition. The only way I think is to drag the avi movie to the composition 4 times. However the "joining points" of the avi movies seems to be not perfect.

Are there are better way to do that?

Hi,

I think I find the solution.

Right click the footage. Select "Interpret Footage", then select "Main" to open the "Interpret Footage" window. Enter the number of loop (e.g. 4) in the "Loop Field" in the "Other Options" Frame.
