Brian Regan is one of the funniest comedians I've ever seen. If you get a chance, go see him live and your face will hurt for HOURS after, from laughing so damn hard.

This is a Photoshop painting done from a ballpoint pen sketch while watching his DVD, "I walked on the Moon". Brian twists his face quite a bit during his comedy and has specific hand gestures that I attempted to capture, as I enjoy his visuals as much as his jokes and stories. This was completed in 2005.

The technique is great, the flesh seems real...

Lovely work! I don't know the comedian in question so I can't comment on the likeness, but just as a painting, the expression and the charicaturization and distortion of the head are terrific. :thumbsup:
