D: I started doing this guy from a anime (neji from naruto) in a semi realistic way

I think it didn't lookes so bad, but then I started painting more and more and I completely ruined him, I don't know what I did wrong so please help :( don't worry to sound too harsh, I'm not going to get mad I really need critique!

is what I'm trying to find out :/ i think there's something wrong with his cheek shading, I mean it looks very diferent from were I started. In the anatomy forum they already pointed me out his nostril, so I'm going to fix that, it's too small.

looks good to me....maybe you could round out the cheek more?
