Nice! Wish i could do that !

Maybe the ear needs to be placed slightly higher or the skull needs to be smaller -- the back of the head is really big and round right now. Also - the forehead usually is less wide than the skull, the widest part of the skull is above the ears. Looks like your forehead is really wide and doesn't get less wide to the top too. But i can't really see that from here. Maybe if you post a picture taken from [above, in front and to the side] of the head?

yes, you're right about the skull and ears. I'll fix that...

Hi

Looks good, erik2003 covered some important issues, the ears could definitely be a bit higher, and when seen from the front the top of her head needs to taper more, the forehead is too wide.

Might just be the perspective but I'd suggest the ears could protrude a bit more from her head, they're laying rather flat at the mo. Nice definition on the jawline, bottom lip is good, top lip could use some tweaking though.

Can we see some wires? Might be easier to make suggestions.

Goodstuff...

Ears definitely need to stick out more, they ought to be at a pretty good angle, otherwise they look squashed.

Something's not quite right about the brows, too. There's no sense of the bone of the brow ridge and eye socket, just a smooth lump area, which is odd looking.

Models looking very good, and obviously sensitively constructed....

Perhaps the ears could be further 'lifted' so that the baseline of the earlobes became the same high as the bottom of the nostrils.

Other pointers to an otherwise magnificent achievement would be:

Look carefully at the corners of the mouth: the muscles from the corners of the top lip should very slightly 'overhang' the corners of the bottom one..
difficult to describe in words, and feeling a bit lazy ATM, so I've included a sample here from my website...

http://www.custom3d.co.uk/images/3d_art/teen_render.jpg

and perhaps making more of the lacrymal areas; (those ol' tearducts!)...just a bit more definition.

Hope this helps

Yep, I know about the mouth. It's a tough one to get right. I'll try to work on it a bit more...

overall, its looking pretty good. it just needs a bit of tweaking, but you have an excellent start so far. here's what I would think about:

- there's a bump, actually more like a subtle ridge, that goes up, over and around the head starting to from the top of the eye socket. get rid of that. as a result the head should become slightly more oval with the highest point being the center.

- the top eyelip needs a bit of a 'flap' at the outer corner which would appear to overlap the bottom eyelip. Take a look in Atwooki's picture above you'll see it subtly there

- Widen her jaw and chin and poull it down just a tad

You'll have to point it out, I can't see it.
