Hi everyone:D

I was hoping there are some boujou users out there that can help me with this question.

I am using Boujou 1.3 and have finished tracking the clip and camera. I save it at as a Maya scene file and it is ready to be opened. I open the file up in maya and everything seems to be ok, except that I cannot see the video clip in the world or through the camera. In the Image Plane Atrrib. the clip is set up properly and a thumbnail of the clip is also visable in the Atriib. ed. I'm not sure what im missing in order to see the clip in Maya. I am using Maya 4.5 and the clip was brought into Boujou as .Tga's
Can someone please help?:surprised

open up the attrib editor for the image plane and where it says "use frame extension" enable it and then right click on frame extension and pick "create expression"...then enter :

imagePlane1.frameExtension = frame

and if your tga's are numbered like image.001.tga, image.002.tga etc then it should work

maybe, you'll just have to hit '6' to enable texture-display in your viewport?

Thanks for the responses!:)

Norb: the frame extention is already enable by default from Boujou, so I right click on frame extention but I don't see "create expression" . My choices are
1-Camera_1__Image_plane_1_frame_extention_.output
2-set key
3-set driven key
4-break connection
5-lock attrib
6-ignore when rendering

What to do??

Lowkey: I was thinking that too, but then I remembered that image planes are visable no matter what(unless camer'a are turned off).

Any help would be appreciated Norb!:hmm:

OK, I seem to see what I think is the problem...
In the image plane attrib the width and height are both 0
probably the reason I cannot see it. The problem is that I cannot change them..!!:scream:
the words

center
height
width

are 'faded'

could this be the problem?

ok well.. i've changed the display mode from rbga to rbg which lets me see the frame, however when i play through the scene the frame does not change. The frame ex is set and and the numbers change as I move through the scene but it does not in the camera..
sorry this is one of those pain in the ass questions but this is driving me nuts:D
