I like his expression :)
There are some anatomy issues : the eyes are too far from each other (the face should be 5 eyes wide, there should be 1 eye width between the eyes)
The nose looks a bit too long and undefined, the nostrils should be more apparent and nose tip more prominent.
The upper lip should be darker as it can't be affected by the lightsource due to its volume, it should also be darker under the eyebrows, eyelids also need to be more defined.
The right part of the jaw (our left) seems to be smaller than the left one.
The colours should be more variated and should interact more (don't hesitate to use complementary colors for the shadows and highlights) to add more life and volume to the face :)
