Nice blending :)

There are some anatomy issues :
The eyelids are missing, the shape of the eyes, lips, nose are not natural (they look too stiff)
The neck is too small and misplaced to support the head, the forehead seems to be a bit too high.
The irises can quite never be totally round, they are usually covered a bit by the eyelids.
I've done a quick overpaint to show you what I mean, tell me if you want me to remove it :)

Hair is lovely - nice technique!

One thing that jumps out at me is how brilliantly white the eyeballs are. They're round, so they could do with some deeper shading to show that, plus a little gloss (especially near the teraduct). Also, what about painting in some reflections from the eyelashes around the top of the eyeball?
