Wow, massive improvement, obviously some of the shots have now been finalized, it looks 100x better than the first trailer. good job spi.
one crit, and has nothing to do with the look, when he is screaming "I Am Beowulf" at the end, he says Beowulf really fast and it looses some of the 'oomph' it otherwise could've had, but other than that, beautiful, and the eyes didn't look creepy to me.

someone a while back told me that Beowulf is actually a 2-syllable name

Yea I always thought it was "be-o-wulf"....but sometimes I've heard it say "beo-wulf" (almost like "ba-wulf")

or possibly Bay~Wolf, or Bay-All, but slurred together as one syllable
but yah, i see what you mean about the OOMPH! or lack there of -- maybe we will feel more when it is in context with the rest...

"Although one may find professors of Old English who informally pronounce the protagonist's name as "BAY-uh-WOLF", it should be noted that the "ēo" in Bēowulf is a diphthong (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diphthong) and that the name should therefore be pronounced as a two-syllable word with the stress on the first syllable.[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beowulf#_note-0) "

Yay, more walking talking wax sculptures. My only question for this is.....Why?
They actually went so far as to make the characters look exactly like their actor counterparts.....therefore making this more of an ego trip of...ooo, look at the pretty CG people I made.....when it is totally pointless....why not just shoot the actors? Are they afraid they can't act well enough? Or do they think so much of their animation skills they believe they can create a more believable performance than the actual cast.
This kind of thing is just frivolous. There is truly no point in my opinion to do an all CG film when then principal cast looks exactly like the principal cast!

And you are saying the actors look exactly like their CG counterparts? Let me know whatever it is you are on because that must be some potent shit.

There is always someone asking why without even watching the full movie.

I like that this is fully animated. Not only will it be fun to watch, but it will real be interesting to see how far the technology has come.
