Animation channel question

Do you mean linear? Select all your keyframes in the graph editor and change them to linear.

Go into Graph editor, and select the "More" Drop down box (Top left) then select "Graph Editor Options". There you can set the defualt for the scene you are working on.

To change the ones you already have set, select all the channels that are animated and right-click and drag a box selector around them, then change them all at once.
