How many awards have been won by LW generated work ?

I have been looking for a complete list of awards but I have not found one.

Any ideas of who has won what?

Its a good bet that many movies that have CGI in them and won awards have something that was touched by Lightwave. Its hard to keep up with all that and Alias is very good about grabbing the glory. Its all political anyways.

Too many for me to remember. A short glance into the projects list on NTs- site (http://www.newtek.com/products/lightwave/product/projects_list.html)
showed the following:
2 Academy- award for the visual effects in Titanic and for short- film in Geri's game (LW was used only for modeling in GG).
5 Emmy awards (Babylon5, Voyager, Xfiles, Dune miniseries, Enterprise)
4 Clio- awards.
1 Grammy (aerosmith- video for "fly away"..)
Many smaller awards like VES(visual effects society)awards and too many nominations for emmys, grammys etc, to name them here.
Note: There are a few awards missing on Newteks projects- list, I know about Enterprise(read it in the news on edenfx.com) so I added it. I am sure I forgot a few more.
But this should keep you going for a while.

I agree with splinegod, huge effects movies with thousands of CG effects in them spanning several effects houses probably have many many software packages used in them. When Maya touches the movie in some way Alias makes a big deal about it. NT just doesn't market their app as fiercly. I am sure that 3D max and Softimage are used in these productions too.
