This is the first time posting here, I just bought a Wacom graphire4 (the little one). And this is my first attempt (painting). What do you think about it? the tutorial is here: http://www.gfxartist.com/features/tutorials/14033

I didn't tried to get the same face, my objetive is learning how to paint right.

I didn't tried to get the same face, my objetive is learning how to paint right.Well, since you were following a tutorial, whose purpose is to teach you how to paint "right," by not taking the time to follow the directions as presented, you did not learn.

Getting the face right would have been the visible proof that you had learned how to paint right. Your face has poor feature placement and proportion, and the skin you've painted looks little to nothing like the skin of the tutorial.

I suggest you try again, and this time, follow the tutorial as presented, and practice getting the same face as you are directed to do.

hum, I'm not sure I quite agree with what has been told above. I do think the face looks right, though looking surprised, you managed to make a semi-realistic face and well*.
quite seriously, great job for one of your first attemps!
