This is a remake of my former summer house, i tried to find some more interesting lighting than a direct keylight, also here i did work with vray instances and compositings from VUE.
I created a 4 sec animation will post it soon as an addition for your comments

just some little suggestions:
-wood fences bump map doesn't match with wood map
-water bump pattern is kinda too much "regular"
-a few splotching (too low qmc?) is visible in the blue-tinted, shadowed walls.

Splotches is actually my texture :), its both painted and the specular map (reflection falloff).

Well the caustics are calculated according to the bump, and if oyu mean the trees as a picture, they are not-its models that actually animated.
