Added 1 new script: edgeSelectByAngle, that lets you select edges in an object based off of the angle of the shared faces. This is really useful for selecting just the sharp edges of an object for chamfering, etc.

Updated a ton of scripts. here's some highlights:

vertPlacer: Reorganized the way it determines what sorts of objects it can and cannot modify. Now works with EditPoly in max9.
nameManager: Added a append number pad. Added new mode Strip + Append Number. Added a new Order mode. Currently, the objects will be renamed in the order they're selected. If you change to alphabetical, it will first sort the selection alphabetically, then perform the rename. Good for keeping sequences of objects numbered the same.
sLib: Added sLibRemoveTailNumbers, sLibAddToSelectionSet and sLibGetSelectionSetsByNode functions.
makeObjectsUnique: Changed the make unique algorithm to be much more compatible with groups and selection sets.

Also added a new maya script pack, with some new icons, and 4 new scripts: DoubleSidedOff, DoubleSidedOn, DoubleSidedToggle, StartupCameraDelete.
