I am just wondering where I could buy or get the ARNOLD GI renderer plugin for 3DS MAX 4. Thanks everyone.

Forget it! It is a closed beta, meaning anyone who is going to get a copy fo testing purposes already got it. I would highly recommend brazil beta(free) v-ray(free).

A verion of Arnold was implemented into Projct Messiah. But I dunno if that was ever released.

Many have recommened Brazil, but the beta is not up on their site anymore. Could someone possibly post a download for it (or send me a copy:thumbsup: ) Sorry, i didn't mean to hijack your thread, but i figured since it was mentioned i'd ask. Didn't think it was worth starting a new thread over.

Pity... I guess I'll go for Brazil. :rolleyes:

What is a beta release? Is that a demo or something? Or something which is like a 30 days trial? Or something with limited functionality?

this is a link to the free public test, which is a more restricted version of a beta version of brazil. A demo of brazil can be arranged by e-mailing sales@splutterfish.com, though each demo is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
