View Full Version : WIP Mr Twinkie's lounge
Noukah 09-04-2007, 02:16 PM Here's a commission for a friend that I've been working on for a while. I considered it finished a while ago, but because of my eager to paint this piece(since I had SO MUCH FUN making it!) many things in the pic got missed out, some perspective issues and such included..
So I've reworked the piece, and made some major adjustments, to improve.
This is the latest version of it...
What's missing and what could get even better?
Some critique from you guys would be awesome! :)

Thank you! :)
Oh and here's the old image.. to you can compare them!
I'm mostly curious about how the bubbles and the bookshelves work in the latest version, does it look better?
Should I add something? Thanks for looking!

I like the details on the bookshelf in the newer version - they feel rifled through and have more appealing detail.
But I do prefer the lighting in the earlier one - it feels nice and cozy and the bubbles really shine - letting my eye squint a bit to dance around the composition. Nice stuff!

Thanks a lot, guys! :)
I'm glad you like it so far.
I may do some furtger adjustments, just have to check that everything works well in the composition.
Then I'll upload it in the showcase gallery! :)
