Honestly im a HUGE fan of nvidia, and have been using nvidia based cards since my first plunge into accelerated gaming with the Riva TNT. Im hoping the NV35 will pull them out of this...

not if they're still using the 128bit memory bus... ATI uses 256bit memory bus so while they might have lower performance on normal res compare to NVIDIA chips, the loss of performance is less as the resolution is pumped up...
