This is my first post, hope everyone will help me iron out any glitches..

Well, this is my character:

His name is Harry. He began as a character for a short exercise in lip synch and animation, but then I got bored (I began working on it while thinking about changing my degree at university about two months ago).
I decided a few days ago to re-model most of it using poly-modeling instead of patch surfaces.. and this is it:

Harry in his previous incarnation:

Please comment as much as possible, but be nice :)

I think the nose could use another level of subdivision, it's pretty sharp right now.

Proportions are good for a cartoony character.

Overall looks nice.

I agree with what you are saying there KWAK, I would have added another level of subdivision, but I'm waiting to attach the Nose mesh to the main facial mesh, want to do a bit more fine tuning first though.

Wil try to add a new pic later on today.

Thanks to everyone though.. I'm finally encouraged to work harder on my showreel
