Well part 1 is great, thanks for these, the subjects are relevant whether or not you own CDTools.

Thanks Dan,
You're the Man .

I just liked the rhyme. I will keep this for future reference once I make a decision to get your tools rather than MOCCA.

Fantastic tutorial Dan, best mechanical rigging bar none. Love the detail info on rotation priorities for Cinema.

These tutorials are dope. I thought I had it pretty much locked down, certainly things worked OK but I've learned a lot of extra things from these.
Particularly I was doing the edge loops on the joints incorretly; I was making them narrow towards the bend instead of away from (picked this up from your 2nd tutorial). Also, I was tending to correct for the joint alignment in the IK but your tutorials explain a consistant method for aligning joints before the IK is applied. As for your latest foot setup, I'm going to rip it wholesale as I have all your previous ones :-) since the 'sphereman' rig.

Very nice addition to an already clasic tutorial-set for rigging in Cinema. Look forward to what's coming next.

Dan,
many thanks for your tutorials.
They shed a lot of light to several rigging an animation issues.
