I just finished rigging a character in Maya and the problem that i face right now is that the character rig doesn't match the size of the environment. Can any of you out there help find a solution for scaling the rig?

When i scale the Rig, parts of the rig pop out and some of the parts don't get scaled.

just make a rig node at the top of your heirarchy and scale that instead of trying to marquee select and scale your rig. :)

Thanks but this isn't really working as i have the problem of double transformation when i add a node on top of the root node.
I think i will have to redo my blend shapes and the facial rig. Would be great if i could have any suggestions to get out of this.

You should be able to group everything together that isnt bound, the curve used in a splineIK, and lattice objects. Since those transforms are already driven, scaling what remains should scale them accordingly. So a single node above everything will not work, but a single node above those remaining 'rig elements' should do the trick.

Thanks Kiel :) but i have already redone the entire process from the scratch as i had a few issues like the blend shapes working wierd.

Below is the link to one of the renders from the short film that i am currently working on as part of my 1st semesters project.
