Have I understood this right; the scanline-renderer in Max canīt pass volume light through a surface with an opacity-map (letīs say a dirty window) since the shadow-mapped light which supports volume light canīt pass through a surface with an opaciy map, only raytraced light can...which does NOT support volume light...
Is there any solution to this? Without buying an expensive third-party-renderer...
