Here's my concept: HightechMan.
Equipped with all the very best and latest of gadgets in crime-stopping, perpetrator-tracking and location HightechMan is out to put an end to all crime as we know it. Only thing is, he brought a little too many gadgets and quite heavy gear, so he has a few problems when it comes to actually catching the criminals. Or staying on his feet for that matter.

There's still lots of tweaks I can (and probably should) do with him, but I'm happy I got this far before the challenge deadline ended.

I couldn't help myself.. had to try with a toon-ish render. He is sort of a cartoon character anyway!
