As you can see in the picture the cg flames emitting light to the women, her cloths effecting, whats the way to create this effect in compositing programs? (not real scene lights)

Yeah this tutorial will definitely help in understanding how to add fake highlights. Of course I'm biased since I wrote it... ;)
