AGP Pro is a slightly larger slot then the ordinary AGP slots. Its mainly used for providing a larger amount of voltage to the AGP card...usually required if your running a professional accelerator, like a Wildcat 6110, or FireGL 4.

As Greg said, they're different AGP standards on a voltage level. AGP Pro50 and AGP Pro110 require AGP slots that support these increased voltage standards. Most Mobos do not support them. Usually only high-end workstation boards do.
In addition to the cards Greg listed, the only other one I'm aware of in the mainstream is the FireGL Z-1 (I think that is the right designation). ATI's 256 MB FireGL card requires an AGP Pro50 slot.
Does AGP PRO50/110 nessecarily mean AGP PRO? i mean, if an mboard supports AGP PRO, does it mean itll support an AGP PRO50/110 graphics card automatically?

Not necessarily. For example, my Tyan S2665 supports AGP Pro50 cards with a special additional power connector, but it doesn't support AGP Pro110 cards.
When in doubt, check with your mobo manufacturer. Most owners manuals should have an answer to this question. If you don't have yours, you can usually download it from the manufacturer's website.
What card are you looking at BTW that is a Pro50 or Pro110? What mobo do you have? What's your PSU? With more info, we might be able to answer some of these questions for you.
the card with the PRO50 is the ATi FireGL X1 256mb (not Z1)
my psu will be an antec true blue 480watt
and the mboard is the asus a7n8x deluxe
i kinda need to know whether or not they wud work together
thanks

If you check the FireGL manual, and the Asus Manual (both downloadable)...
You'll find more information on this.
It appears according to both manuals, that it should work. (The 256 meg X1)
Might want to email either ATI or Asus to make sure though.
