i want to make a z-depth channel with a shader, that means i want a shader which change its color from white to black depending on the depth in the scene. How i make such a shader in Cinema ?

If you want to do it for the whole scene, try to use the environment object with black fog. All the materials have to be self luminant (100% white) in this case. This creates an "overall depth pass" ;)
