this is fR SSS and little GI, 2 omni lights
all procedural, splat, speckle, noise blah
still looking for improvements

your result is already very good
but i think your highlights are too strong.
maybe try using bitmaps in a mix with procedurals, to get a more realistic skintones.
i sometimes use a shellac material to get different highlight-distributions. one specular for the underlying skin and one for the sweat on the skin.
falloff maps are also very important to fake gradients in skintones.
did you try the procedural map dinoskin from blur. in some cases its good for bumpmapping.
a good tutorials by steven stahlberg (you might already know it)

can you post a screenshot of your material trees

yes, i red this already
but i was wondering if someone can tell in detail how that shader works so we can rebuild it using other renderers (it thats possible)

well,
I dont think it would be possible, because, thats like asking: how does brazil calculate photon maps? how does the Brazil light work internally?
IF I would know these things I would be one of the programmers, in which case I would not going to "tell people" how my tech works internally.
the information that Zeboxx gave in that thread is probably as deep as "we" will/can go.
Zeboxx:
" You can't easily fake this stuff since it combines two sub-surface scattering types besides your regular maps. It doesn't replace them, just helps (a lot.)"
sorry....
