Does anybody knows if a stable version of the plugin mayaiff for photoshop exist?

This one is the oficial but crash very often.

I am using the plugin, that is offered at highend3d. Had no problems with it.

Yes I just tried this one but it's exactly the same. I also removed the Amiga IFF.8bi. but it still crash photoshop!:cry:
Everyone around me has the same problem. We'll be glad to fix it!
audim: are you working with ps7?

Try to install the update of Photoshop 7 : 7.0.1

Yes, I am working with PS7 (english version).
I had problems with older versions of PS and the iff-plugin. But I think the amiga-iff-File-in/out caused this.

Iff reader comes with PS7. It is in the goodies folder on the photoshop cd along with readers for softimage, RLA, RPF, alias pix. Only trouble is the one on the ps7 cd strips out the alpha when you save it. Not sure if it was fixed in the 7.01 update.

yeah, Beaker, I'm pretty sure that was one of the chief concerns in the 7.01 update. They say it is fixed. As for rollmops problem, all I can say is make sure you have the most recent updates for your Photoshop. If you do, then reinstallation might take caer of the problem as well. You might have a shared .dll file that is making the PShop crash.

I tried to upgrade to 7.01 without success.
:shrug: I surely have to reinstall PS.
