1. problem solved ;-)

2. Discreet Reactor. some blocks fall on each other, but always i have same space inbetween the blocks when they "touch" each other. Is there a option to change the standard space between 2 objects?

The setting you should change it Collision Tolerance. Make it smaller for more accurate collisions....

Also, check to see what setting you have for the "hull" of the collision (sphere, proxy, box...etc) and it it matches your objects.
