How do you add a background picture

Hi,
Import your image as a texture, select the flat color material and do Texture->Crop and Fill.
Then create a new layer and draw your model on top and adjust its location with the move/rotate/scale tools.
Alternatively you can composite in photoshop if you have that, zbrush exports a depth map and you can use that as an opacity map by adjusting the curves on the greyscale depth map.
