View Full Version : Content-aware image resizing. Interesting...

A guy has come up with an interesting way to resize images while preserving most of the image content - sort of like resizing a web page window and having the content shift to accomodate it.
Of course, resizing an image this way makes it no longer an accurate depiction of the scene; however, it's still pretty neat.

Bah, just beat me, looks very interesting... Their tool to protect areas makes you wonder how much protection had been used on the demonstration images.

It's looks pretty amazing tech allthough I would like to see some full size examples.
