domainator 08-21-2007, 03:19 PM Hello,
Like it says in the topic - I would like to ask: why is the colour green (or blue) used in gree/bluescreening?
Thx.

Green or blue screens are used because they are generally easy to key out and when shooting actors they will generally not need to be wearing either a bright green or a blue-screen color outfit. When shooting for outdoor shots, usually you would use a blue-screen as outdoor lighting to be matched later will normally be blueish in color. At least, this is my take on it and from my experience with the subject.
