I'm working on my personal site and here is a beta :p

click here to view my site (http://home.planetinternet.be/~maaver/test)

Imagepaths and settings are xml data, everything else actionscript :)

Still a long way to go, I'm now making the shadow of the buttons on the floor but i'm not very good at math :annoyed:

that bouncy stuff is just annoying personally, i would maybe have a little motion but keep the buttons fairly static. i like the idea of changing the colors, thats cool, but the bounce has to go. plus it seems like a direct copy of a tutorial from actionscript.org =P. anyway, nice design.

I agree.. To annoying but I like the idea. Maybe cut back on the movement of the balls. I do not want to chase the navigation around.

Go over some of the other circles.. They bounced around and you have to keep your mouse on it to go to the link...One in particluar:wip:

I made some adjustments, you can now click on the left ball. But I think it's becoming a little too cpu hungry.

If you sneak up on the balls they don't move, it measures the speed of your approaching cursor and jumps away.

I'm also going too make other hitzones so you don't have to chase my balls :p

The whole animation of the menu popping up is actionscript (some curveTo functions ) :bounce:
