Looking nice Jon.

Nice poses and the hand animation is lovely. Love the cloth sim on the tie too.... that's a great idea, wherever you got that from! ;)

Interaction between the characters works really well. The little eye darts, etc. Reads really well...there isn't too much animation on the second character to lose focus on the main guy, but enough to look believable.

Only minor gripe (and they are minor) is the ending - I feel it ends a bit abruptly, mid action.... maybe you could have carried it on for a second or 2 past the dialogue?

Also, on the whole the lip synching is well done .... but I feel that there are a couple of instances in the first two lines of dialogue where (I think) he doesn't close his mouth enough. Kind of detracts from what is a really nice piece.

Overall.....v nice piece of work dude! I'm only nitpicking because I know you! ;)

Thanks for the feedback Neil.

I get your comments about the ending, I think the reasoning behind finishing it there is the audio in the show changes at that point and when I've seen anims where they've animated after the soundbite finishes it always seemed really, well, obvious.

The mouth open bit was done on purpose, in the audio the character is quite 'breathy' (?)
so I left the mouth open slightly to fit with this. Originally it had a closed mouth and while it looked better didn't seem to fit with the voice.

Looking forward to seeing your next anim soon! ;)

Cheers

Very nice work. The animation is very solid, as the previous poster said there are just minor details to fix. I agree that the lip sync is not quite there yet. Some spots to fix. Also the guy sitting down on the right, i noticed that his fingers slowly slowly move down to the point where at the end of the animation they are clearly intersecting the table. Also after he speaks, his mouth just seems to hang open. Maybe think about closing it at some point or just do something a little bit more on it.

For the man on the left i feel that his last pose is a little too far forward. His expression is happy, but he still has the forward leaning "im angry" stance. Plus im pretty sure that without his hands on the table he would fall over. It just looks a little bit strange.

But all in all, i think its a great animation. Good lighting too. Well done.
