CGTalk - character

Hi all!

this is a character for my upcoming short... He's mainly a sidekick to the story and he's to make a lot of trouble :)

I'm still working on him so any critz will be appreciated..

and I started to modell his companion (or should I say menace?)
I know that the porpotions are way off, but they are supposed to be that way 'cause I'm looking for a more humoristic/cartoonish feeling to him.

I know that the area where the shoulders meet the biceps are too big so I will fix that, but any other critz are appreciated..

Wow, that looks great so far! Nice texturing and lighting you got there! The top character reminds me a little of the cave troll from LOTR. The fabric maybe looks a bit stiff, but on the whole excellent stuff!:)
