I think your animation looks a bit "flooting"..should have more snap poses...however,the characters are great!!!..maybe if you have apart a demoreel with just about modelling characters.it will be easier for get into the industry....

I'd have to say you need a lot more work yet. definitely need to study up on lighting and animation. several of your characters seem intentionally darkened or very small to avoid the fact that they are low poly. keep working, you'll get there eventually
