Allrighty......I am trying to create a realistic underwater bubble system for an Underwater Project of Mine.....but so far nothing looks convincing enough.....I would be using Vray as my renderer and was using PFlow but with no result.....Any Suggestions?

What have you got so far? Any previews?
I know that SuperSpray has a preset called "bubbles". You might want to have a look at that..
Also, if possible post your .max or pflow setup please.

SuperSpray bubbles are not very realistic....please see the first link I posted to see what kind of effect I'd want....

I would say u need some torbulence so the bubbles dont just shoot up, mayb give it some vortex movement. I would also use Instanced Geometry, a sphere with a animated noise mod for exemple.

Wiched is right. How about legacy particles as there is superspray? they even have a preset for bubble motion ;) meta particles is supported as well...

Weird, just as I was finishing typing the post above, one of the producers walked in with a project to make bubbles..just a huge still render though.

Although Particle Flow doesn't have the bubble motion option (http://forums.cgsociety.org/bubble_motion_rollout.html) found in PArray, you can simulate the effect by following this procedure:
Add an object to serve as particle geometry and a dummy helper object (http://forums.cgsociety.org/dummy_helper.html).
Position the dummy away from the center of the particle geometry object and link (http://forums.cgsociety.org/linking_and_unlinking_objects.html)pivots (http://forums.cgsociety.org/pivot.html)bubble motion. your particle geometry to the dummy so that the dummy is the parent object (that is, drag from the geometry object to the dummy). In Particle View, add a Shape Instance operator (http://forums.cgsociety.org/shape_instance_operator.html) and a Spin operator (http://forums.cgsociety.org/spin_operator.html) to the event in which the bubble motion is to occur.

Click the Spin operator and set appropriate values for Spin Rate and Variation. For Spin Axis, keep the default setting of Random 3D.

though i agree with others. Legacy particles system will be good and it has meta shape supported.

you could also try running a fumefx sim, then pushing your bubble particles through that.
