Hey,
I am studying BSc Animation and am currently thinking about my Final Year Project. I know Mel and Maya's Dynamics engine pretty well and have few small projects to show this. But what are employers of TD's looking for on Demo Reels? Does anyone know of any good TD demo reels out there or any tips for what should deffinetly be on a prospective TD's demo reel???

Any comments are most appriciated :)
