I have a book called
"Sybex Stop Staring Facial Modeling and Animation Done Right 2nd Edition"
but its for maya.
anyway there is an interesting face rigging technique in the book,it uses multiple bumps.
the images will explain:

the base expression:

when the eyes closes the bump map will change automatically :

onother one:

I will rig a face using bones but i dont know how i can change the bump map automatically when i will move a bone in the face for a specific length.

maybe there is a script or something.

thank you for help.

have a look at parameter wiring in the documentation. You should be able to wire the bump mix amount to the rotation/movement of the bone. There is no big scripting required to do that, just human logic. As far as I know you could also do it via reactor controllers.

Everything that you need is documented in the manual. Just have a look and do it ! :-)

EDIT: Ups, I meant reaction controllers, of course, not reactor controllers. So the above sentence should read "you could also do it via reaction controllers"

Maya's Set Driven Keys is the same, or similar, to the Reaction Manager (Reaction Controller). This lets you control one objects value based on the settings of another parameter. Like relief7 said check the 3ds Max User Reference for more information.

As has beeen said, both options will do what you want. Reaction manager will get you function curves to control the state of the reaction, if you don't need these go with wire parameters as they have less over head then reaction manager.
